At TrendBoost (TRENDBOOST SP. Z O.O.), we strive to deliver high-quality digital services, including SEO content creation and SEO audits. Because our products are entirely digital and custom-made based on your specific requirements, they cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense once delivered.
Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights regarding refunds and revisions.
2. Revision Policy (Instead of Refunds)
We want you to be completely satisfied with the content we provide. If the delivered text does not meet the original instructions or brief provided at the time of order, we offer free revisions rather than an immediate refund.
- You may request a revision within 7 days of receiving the completed order.
- Revisions must be based on the original instructions. Requests that introduce completely new topics, keywords, or structures not mentioned in the initial order will be treated as a new task and may require additional payment.
3. When Full Refunds Are Granted
We will issue a full refund to your original payment method under the following circumstances:
- Order Not Started: You request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order, provided our team has not yet begun working on it.
- Non-Delivery: We completely fail to deliver the requested service within the agreed-upon timeframe and you refuse an extended deadline.
- Major Technical Errors: For SEO Audits, if the generated report is entirely blank, corrupted, or unreadable due to a technical error on our side.
4. When Refunds Are NOT Granted
To protect our business from fraud and compensate our writers for their time, refunds will strictly not be issued in the following cases:
- Work in Progress or Completed: The writing or auditing process has already started or the final product has been delivered to you.
- Change of Mind: You decide you no longer need the texts or the audit after placing the order.
- SEO Results / Rankings: As stated in our Terms of Service, we do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic increases, or sales. You cannot claim a refund simply because a published article did not reach the first page of Google.
- Vague Instructions: If the provided instructions were unclear or incomplete, and the writer delivered content based on their professional interpretation. (In this case, our Revision Policy applies).
