TrendBoost is a digital B2B agency that provides the following digital services:

  • SEO Content Writing: Custom-written articles, blog posts, and website copy created manually by our writers based on the instructions provided by the client.
  • SEO Audits: Automated and manual technical reports analyzing website metrics, backlinks, and on-page performance (similar to standard industry analytics reports).

All services are delivered entirely in a digital format (e.g., via email, downloadable files, or Google Docs). We do not sell or ship any physical goods.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties & SEO Results (Important)

We strictly provide content creation and technical reporting services. We do NOT guarantee any specific outcomes.

Client acknowledges and agrees that search engine algorithms (such as Google's) are constantly changing and are entirely outside of our control. Therefore, TrendBoost explicitly does not guarantee:

  • Specific rankings on Search Engine Results Pages (SERPs) (e.g., "Page 1 of Google").
  • Specific increases in website traffic, click-through rates, or domain authority.
  • Any financial return on investment (ROI), increased sales, or business growth resulting from the use of our texts or audit reports.

Our services are provided "as is," and the client assumes all risks associated with implementing the texts or recommendations from our audits.

4. Ordering and Delivery

Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, the project is added to our queue. Delivery times depend on the volume of the order and are generally communicated at the time of purchase. Since all items are digital, delivery is considered complete once the text document or audit report is emailed or made available to the client via a secure link.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for the SEO Content Writing services, all copyrights and ownership of the written text are transferred to the client. The client is free to publish, edit, or distribute the content as their own. TrendBoost retains no rights to the delivered written content.
